New Year & Christmas booking:​

  • If you want to reserve rooms on 31 December, you’ll have to book minimum 2 nights in a row, otherwise the system will show no room left. WE WILL CHARGE THE TOTAL PRICE FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGE OR CANCEL.

Booking information:

  • We guarantee lowest price for the rooms/beds & no booking fee.

  • To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

  • Free cancellation: you need to inform us 3 days before arrival by e-mail. If not, you will be charged the first night fee. 'No show' (not showing up, and not cancelling your stay by email 3 days in advance) will be charged the full price of your booking.
    After your booking is ready you will receive a confirmation email from Us (check your SPAM box just in case) and that's it!.

  • The full payment for your stay should be done upon arrival.
